How to find the missing piece of the puzzle

1. Identify the puzzle by means of its registration number. This number consists of eleven digits which you will find over a red background on one of the box sides with the following format: _ _ _ _ _ / _ _ _ _ _ _ This registration number consists of two parts. The first five numbers are the puzzle’s product reference number and the second 6 numbers indicate the puzzle’s edition. This number is required in order to replace lost pieces.

2. Identify the missing piece or pieces. Look at the image straight on and count the number of pieces from left to right to find the piece in row a. Next, count down the number of pieces from top to bottom for that same piece in column b. Include your results in the section, “missing piece positions,” in the following form.
